There won't be spelling or a BMV this week. We did start a novel study called the Landry News. Students are to read up to chapter 2. They are also to write on a quote from p. 3 in the book, " Children learn best when they learn things on their own."

1. Is this statement true or false? Why or why not?
2. What is the best way you learn? (Visual, auditory, touching, etc.?)

The students are to draw Mr. Larson's room.

This is due tomorrow. Students are to write, or type the answer and put it into their Language Arts novel study section of their binders.
